PwC Deals assists IDI (acting alongside Groupe Chevrillon) for concluding agreements with Engie group and Bruno Monnier, allowing them to acquire a majority stake in Culturespaces, a leading player in the delegated management of historic cultural sites and exceptional museums and creator of immersive exhibitions in its digital art centres.
