PwC Société d'Avocats assists L-Gam in its acquisition of a stake in MCI Group
PwC Société d'Avocats provided tax, legal and HR due diligence services as well as tax structuring services to L-Gam in the context of its acquisition of a stake in MCI Group, an independent global marketing & communications group that combines talent, technology and creative power to connect brands, institutions and communities with their audiences in the digital age.
The tax team consisted of Katia Gruzdova, partner, Baptiste Guillemot, Cédric Bignens (partner PwC Switzerland), Bruno Buchilier (PwC Switzerland) and tax experts from the international PwC network.
