PwC assisted Greystar with its acquisition of a 650-bed student residence in Puteaux. The project will be delivered under a VEFA (“Vente en l'Etat Futur d'Achèvement”) contract and will open to residents in Summer 2024.
The acquisition is a significant step forward for Greystar in France as they seek to develop a portfolio of high-quality purpose-built student accommodation assets in the suburbs of Paris.
