The Deals teams of PwC Société d'Avocats accompanied the Spanish operator Abertis Infraestructuras SA in the context of its indirect acquisition of a 51.22% stake in Atlandes (the concessionaire company for the A63 motorway in the southwest of France, which connects Bordeaux to the Spanish border) from AXA Investment Managers Alts (AXA IM Alts) and Crédit Agricole Assurances. The transaction is subject to the regulatory approvals being obtained.
