The broad offering of the tax practice at PwC Société d'Avocats encompasses corporate tax, transactions tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, R&D, local taxes and tax accounting. Guillaume Glon is the managing partner and 2023 new arrival, Severine Defert, who was previously with a financial services company, jointly lead the practices with Jean-Philippe Brillet, whose expertise lies in M&A tax, and Stéphanie Verzura. Other key team members include Marc-Olivier Roux, who assists large-cap investment funds with their transactions and Catherine Cassan, who handles cross-border restructurings, tax rulings and assists during tax audits and tax raids. The team also welcomed Caroline Chaize-Lang and Denis Arikan in 2023 from Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats.
